Wendy is fully registered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Psychologist. However, she started out as a teacher, initially graduating from the State College of Victoria, Bendigo in 1975 with a Diploma of Teaching, Primary, after which she worked full-time and/or part-time as a primary teacher for a period of approximately twenty years. In 1993 Wendy returned to university to study psychology. In 1996 Wendy was awarded a Graduate Diploma in Social Science (Psychology) from LaTrobe University, Bendigo and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Science (Professional Psychology) from the University of Ballarat in 1998. She has been a full-time practising psychologist for approximately 14 years in both the private and public sectors. Wendy is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society, and currently serves as Treasurer for the Gold Coast Branch of the APS. In Victoria Wendy was Secretary of the Bendigo Branch for a number of years.
Wendy is registered as a Medicare provider (2585222X), registered with Work Cover and with DVA.
